P.D.C.A







Hi everyone,

what does P.D.C.A mean? It is the acronym of "PLAN DO CHECK ACT". Who has read the book about SCRUM know it.

But do you think it work?? Of course yes.

The first phase is the PLANNING. Even if you will change it, you need it to understand the goals have to be reached. For example, as a planner in a maintenance field, I make a weekly schedule and try to keep it for all week is hard but necessary to keep facilities and system in good health.

Second step is ..., DOING, is like in life, if you don't do it there won't be a result, in everything in life. Try to do it as much as you can.

CHECK if what you did was right or not and it compliance with what you wanted.

Last but not least, in order to improve ( CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT MINDSET), you ACT to improve what you did. This is the philosophy that a Project manager have to have. You must think to improve what you did, every single time, because only with this effort you can reach great goals.
